	The Archer is an old Starleague-design and still in use. Introduced in 2474, this mech designed for fire-support quickly earned respect and a reputation. Before the First Succession War, almost 100.000 Archers have been built. The most common variant features two LRM/20 and 4 medium laser, two of them mounted on a turret above the cockpit in order to cover the rear. Many Successor states still run a limited production of Archers.
